We’d Love to Review Your Game

We  LOVE playing new games, and we LOVE writing about them; if you’re a game designer, publisher, artist, whatever, and you would like to have your game reviewed by us, please contact us at: JeremiahIsley [at] gmail.com or firestoneiv [at] gmail.com. The great thing about having your game reviewed and published on a blog is that the review becomes permanent advertising for your title—you’re free to link to the review, and add to the traffic that many search engines add to the site.

We do not charge for reviews; we only ask that you send one or both of us a copy of the game. We’ve reached a point where we’ve had to stop reviewing print-and-play copies. We just have too many requests for reviews, and, frankly, print-and-play is a big pain in the butt. We’re still happy to review prototype and finished copies of games.

If you send the game to one of us, that person will do the review and publish it. Because we live in two different states and two different time zones, we don’t get to play games together very often, so whichever of us receives the copy plays, reviews, and keeps the copy. If you pony up a second copy and ship to each of us, you will get a side-by-side review by each of us. We have distinctly different gaming tastes, and while we agree on many games, there are some we do not agree on, so this option creates a great point/counterpoint environment for gamers to get a real feel for what the game may hold and whether they will enjoy it.

While we LOVE playing new games, we don’t always LOVE the game. We will always be honest and fair when reviewing games; if we love it, we’ll say so. If we dislike it, we’ll let our readers know. Our readers expect us to be informative and give our opinions—a free game doesn’t free us from doing so. If you’re cool with that, great! If not, please include a large roll of $100 bills in the package… Okay, not really… But, maybe…

Anyway, thanks for taking a few minutes to read this page, and feel free to contact us with any other questions you may have!

I sent you both a message via email.
I didn’t see this ability to Post Inquires. Look forward to hearing your thoughts. And thanks in advance for your time.
